I am a fully registered Clinical Psychologist in New Zealand with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I practiced as a locum Clinical Psychologist in London between 2018 and 2020. I have experience in working in clinics, schools, hospitals, government agencies, forensic settings and psychiatric intensive care units. I decided to begin private practice work in 2020.
I value helping others and this is what motivated me to become a clinical psychologist. I am grateful for the opportunity to meet people and hear their stories. I believe that it is a privilege to walk alongside individuals on their journey of psychological wellness. I emphasise a warm and client-centred therapeutic style, which will be individually tailored to meet your needs and goals.
I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults and my therapeutic style will meet the stage of life you are currently in. I see individuals, couples or families. I use an integrative approach in my work and have training and experience in a number of different therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, and Problem-solving Therapy.
